ABS sheet is used to form the inner plates on the left and right sides of the cab, the top inner plates, the rear inner plates, and some electrical box cover plates and other cover plates. Now there is a trend to replace the general ABS board with composite ABS board, composite ABS board is to add a layer of foam polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride material on the board, roll together into the board with leather grain or feel like leather. The soft skin plastication process is mainly used in the bus instrument table, the matrix is generally glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), the glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) parts on the skin suction pores, the material of the skin is mainly polyvinyl chloride plus foaming polypropylene (PVC/PPF) composite material.
Now take the passenger car inner plate blister parts as an example, briefly describe the process of blister. The size of the parts is 1200mm×1000mm×250mm, and the size of ABS sheet is 1400mm×1200mm×4mm. First of all to confirm the color of the board skin, because the interior decoration color and skin is very important, the first thing passengers feel is the interior environment. Look again whether the plate is taken out from the packaging bag that just opens, if not, the plate still needs to be put in the drying room. Because if the plate is wet, in the heating will make the surface of the plate bubbles, appearance quality deterioration, serious will also make the plate in the forming process of tension crack. At the same time, the mold is installed on the blister machine, the position and pressure frame are adjusted, and the rising process and time of the mold are preset. The top of the mold should not exceed the working platform of the blister machine, and then the mold should be heated to about 60℃. The plate is put on the automatic feeding device, and the machine sends the plate to the work table of the blister machine (if there is no such mechanism, the plate should be put on the work table by hand). The pressure frame presses the plate from top to bottom. Then the heating mechanism is moved to the top of the table to heat the plate, which is generally heated to about 120℃ for 2~3 minutes. If it is advanced equipment, you can also set the regional temperature of the heater, and appropriately increase the heating temperature in places with large stretch; After heating, the heating mechanism is removed and the mold begins to move upward.
