Check whether the closing height and concentricity of the mold are appropriate, and then use "inching", "one-stroke" and "continuous stroke" in turn to operate according to the working specifications.
Forging press work, prohibit forging temperature below 900 ° С forging parts; When the slider is running, no head or hands are allowed to reach into the closed space of the mold, and no pliers are allowed to reach into the mold to correct or take or place the forging. Also often pay attention to the working of the mold, if found loose phenomenon immediately tighten.
If e excrement needs attention, when the forging blank is put into the mold and the forging is taken out from the mold, it is forbidden to put the foot on the power pedal; The oxide scale on the mold should be cleaned frequently. After work, the slider should be stopped at the upper dead point for the next forging production.
